Generalmente, los descendentes heredan este patrimonio, a pesar de que, en algunos casos, los ascendientes o incluso el c\u00f3nyuge tambi\u00e9n pueden ser beneficiarios.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>A Feliu Consultors<\/strong>, como abogados especializados en herencias, queremos ayudarte a entender mejor como funcionan las sucesiones, especialmente en cuanto a la diferencia entre <strong>computaci\u00f3n, imputaci\u00f3n y colaci\u00f3n en relaci\u00f3n con la herencia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Qu\u00e9 es la lleg\u00edtima de una herencia?<\/h2>\n<p>Para entender correctamente los conceptos de<strong> computaci\u00f3n, imputaci\u00f3n y colaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, primero hay que saber qu\u00e9 es la lleg\u00edtima, puesto que estos mecanismos sirven para calcularla.<\/p>\n<p>La lleg\u00edtima es la parte de la herencia que el testador <strong>no puede disponer libremente<\/strong> y que est\u00e1 reservada por el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/biblioteca_juridica\/codigos\/codigo.php?id=150&#038;modo=2&#038;nota=0&#038;tab=2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">C\u00f3digo Civil de Catalu\u00f1a <\/a>a favor de los descendentes y, en defecto de estos, de los ascendientes.<\/p>\n<h2>Qu\u00e9 es la computaci\u00f3n?<\/h2>\n<p>La <strong>computaci\u00f3n<\/strong> es el proceso que permite determinar la lleg\u00edtima de manera global.<\/p>\n<p>Para calcularla, hay que tener en cuenta:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Los bienes y derechos del patrimonio hereditario<\/li>\n<li>Los bienes y derechos del patrimonio hereditario<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Es decir, en el c\u00e1lculo se tienen que sumar tanto los bienes de la herencia como las donaciones realizadas en este periodo para obtener el <strong>valor global de la lleg\u00edtima<\/strong> (no el de cada legitimario individual).<\/p>\n<h2>Qu\u00e9 es la imputaci\u00f3n?<\/h2>\n<p><strong>La imputaci\u00f3n<\/strong> sirve para calcular la lleg\u00edtima<strong> concreta de cada legitimario.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A diferencia de la computaci\u00f3n, aqu\u00ed se analiza la situaci\u00f3n individual de cada persona con derecho a lleg\u00edtima. Esto implica que: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Las cantidades recibidas en vida del causante en concepto de lleg\u00edtima se <strong>descuentan<\/strong> del que le corresponder\u00eda despu\u00e9s de la defunci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Hay que comprobar si el legitimario ya ha recibido bastante o si todav\u00eda tiene derecho a percibir m\u00e1s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Importante: en la imputaci\u00f3n <strong>no existe el l\u00edmite temporal de 10 a\u00f1os<\/strong>. Aunque una donaci\u00f3n se haya hecho hace 20 a\u00f1os, si el causante indic\u00f3 que se imputaba a lleg\u00edtima, se tendr\u00e1 en cuenta igualmente. <\/p>\n<h2>Qu\u00e9 es la colaci\u00f3n?<\/h2>\n<p>La <strong>colaci\u00f3n <\/strong>es el proceso por el cual se incorpora al patrimonio hereditario el valor de los bienes dados en vida a los herederos.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo es <strong>igualar las condiciones entre los legitimarios<\/strong> y evitar desigualdades derivadas de donaciones previas.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora bien, no todas las donaciones son col\u00b7lacionables.
